It’s not just money, it’s childhood, it’s home, its family, its business, it is culture, it is nature, a home that they belong to, I mean, what is a Person without their home? What is their identity? Lebanon and Palestine are ANCIENT! The people of the land are the mosaics of humans that use to inhabit the land form god knows how long! It’s insensitive to think people can just leave a place and start a life all over again somewhere else in the world. My heart aches for the suffering! 💔
@random.vibe12343 ай бұрын
The conflict in Israel has deep historical and religious roots. The land is considered by the Jewish people to be given to them by God, as descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. This belief is central to their identity and connection to Israel. Throughout history, the Jewish people have faced persecution and adversity, yet they have never been extinguished. This resilience reflects the belief that Hashem is with them and that they are the chosen people. Many Arabs, particularly Palestinians, view themselves as descendants of Ishmael and believe they also have historical ties to the land. However, it's important to note that there are 22 Arab countries, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Yemen, Algeria, Sudan, Libya, Tunisia, Morocco, Mauritania, Djibouti, Somalia, Comoros, and Palestine. They already have significant territories and governance. It's essential to emphasize that terrorism is not a form of government and is not accepted by any religion. Acts of violence and terror undermine the pursuit of peace and justice for all people. Despite the complexities, it’s crucial to understand that the Jewish people do not bear the blame for the ongoing violence and conflict. They have a deep, historical claim to Israel, and their right to exist as a nation should be acknowledged. Ultimately, peace can only be achieved through understanding and respect for the narratives of both peoples.

If Israel try to occupy more (surrounding) countries and people still support Israel, I don't even whats going on anymore 🤦♂️ Also, telling people to just leave the country just like that, is like if another country invade your country and all of its people leave so the war "ends"

Every religion holds peace as the greatest value in its core. Everything else is added by prophets and churches and spiritual leaders who appends different additions, and this sparks all the debates and conflicts because they think people are so dumb they can't think by themselves and they need to be told what to do. So they tell them to go to war against each other and they just do exactly that. But what if they lived only by the core values and live together. Live and let others live their lives.

My ethnicity is Ukrainian but my citizenship has always been Russian. I'd lived in Kursk (borderlands) for many years. I've seen a lot of people losing homes, relatives, normal lives. I've seen people who simply believe that things will eventually get better and refuse to leave home even though there are active battles few kilometres away. Moreover, everybody cannot leave. Abandoned city is a gift for both parties' armies. However, I left as soon as I could when Ukrainian troops invaded my region. It's just difficult to listen to the alarm all the time and be on high alert without knowing what to do because nobody knows what to do tbh. And that was incomareble even to villages nearby where there were (and still going on) fights. Don't get me wrong. My family is divided. I know both sides. I think that my experience is not bad at all. But even that little made me leave the area.

*MTV News* "The Secretary General of Catholic Schools, the Father Youssef Nasr to MTV: The comcept of not informing students is important and there are multiple suggestions about opening schools...." So basically MTV is the one of the most popular network news in Lebanon, and here's the translation above. I won't explain in details but the situation is getting really bad in Lebanon, it's been three week that schools are closed in Lebanon and it's hard to predict when the situation gets better. That's one of the many reasons why we cannot skip any single detail on the news, we must have a proper education. It's not like the COVID at all, because what's happening is only for Lebanese students. That's why foreign universities won't care if we skipped a lot of classes. By the way English isn't my maternal language, so what I wrote might not be very clear.
