This time a strange tune formed on its own. The drums tuned themselves to F#, that's F-Sharp for those who may be using screen readers when navigating here...like myself...but the use of screen readers is neither here nor there...what is strange is that I had no actual tune when I started on this one, but when the drums tuned themselves to F-Sharp, the basic cord structure came, and then the tune. At first I wanted to try the Amapiano-style baceline but figured out that's too noisy in the first place, and secondly, I'd need to quantize in 32nds, whereas currently I'm quantizing in 16ths...I have to admit that 32 is quite a struggle for me, so I didn't even go there.
