Its already planned in similar way...In 2014_19 following instutions are distrubuted geographically in AP IIM - VIZAG NIT - TDPgudem IIT - Tirupati Auto KIA - Anatapur. Electronic's - Mobiles/TV - SriCity - Nellore/Chitoor.. But there should be Capital city to attract investors and ruling and also Guntur/Vijaywada is neigbhouring dist..so income wise it will be increased..

If we don’t have more cities migrations to cities like Hyderabad keep on growing. Who said to develop cities like Amaravati will need 5 crore rupees? Government will just provide basic infrastructure, after that respective organisations will build their infrastructure on their own. In Hyderabad does Government built everything? Many REIT companies looking for good places like Hyderabad to invest. It is good selection. It is exist between in the bank of river Krishna. If you see all civilisations developed in the banks of rivers. Government will provide basic infrastructure and companies will invest in that respective area. It is negative propaganda run by previous government to take revenge the kamma community. That’s all. In India best planned city Chandigarh is developed by Nehru. After that respective companies will build their own infrastructure. If you take Cyberabad government just constructed iconic building cyber towers after that many companies came automatically. Amaravati is good place. It is existing between to big towns Guntur and Vijayawada. Water scarcity can be avoided. Construction cost will be same if you build it in existing city or in new city. Land acquisition is very costly in existing cities to build the world class infrastructure.Chandigarh, a city formed more than 70 years ago still remains to be the best planned city (in my opinion) so far. I have lived in parts of Navi Mumbai and Raigarh district also, which has seen a lot of recent developments but none of those areas are as well planned as Chandigarh is. I might be overlooking some existing cities or cities which are yet to come, but there are some key points which makes Chandigarh so efficient. Bicycle lanes. I haven't seen bicycle lanes in any other major city. The bicycle lanes in Chandigarh cover most of the cities and they are well designed. Big roundabouts. Big beautiful roundabouts help in managing traffic. Footpaths. No other major city seems to be as pedestrian friendly as Chandigarh is. There are well maintained footpaths. Unlike other cities, footpaths in Chandigarh actually exist and are not encroached by shopkeepers and vendors. Several times, I have walked extensively across the city with total comfort. Parking and planned markets. In most of the cities, I have seen shops opened anywhere people want to. Have a small shop and then cover some part of the public place also under your shop umbrella and leave no space for parking, or in worst cases, encroach the parking space too by putting flower pots or some sort of soft barricading. Chandigarh has ample space for parking and market areas are well planned for accessibility. Public transport. There are cities with far better public transport infrastructure, but the infrastructure in those cities is heavily burdened with over the capacity passengers. I have found that Chandigarh does not suffer from this. The buses run efficiently and you'll find some crowd only some of the times. It's mostly a smooth tour around. Greenery. There are trees, parks, soft shoulders with grass, green roundabouts all across the city. All of this makes the city cooler and more comfortable in summers. The list goes on. But there were some of the key things I noticed about Chandigarh which I could not find in any other city.
