I visited Amaravathi in Dec 24, 2018 and it was amazing to see so much construction work at fast pace and I guess the next day was the foundation day of AP High Court as I saw a sign bord regarding it. Almost exactly a year later on 17 Dec 2019 the new AP CM declared the creation of 3 capital cities including Amaravathi and he had already stopped the construction work after he came to power in May 30 2019 claiming those controversy as said in this video such as insider trading. I heard one of my cousins lost civil engineer job like many when Amaravathi construction stopped then. I hope the new AP CM in June 2024 continues the Amaravathi capital construction and finishes it quick in good quality.

I'm from Vizag &i support Amaravati as capital of Our state. For 3 capital construction Govt have to spend a lot of money than Amaravati.Almost the construction of Various buildings, infrastructure done in Amaravati. Amaravati+Vijayawada+Guntur combo became a big Metropolitan City if we support Amaravati. Vizag is a large Industrial&Clean region in state &nation.If we start construct more infrastructure,this Diamond city we will loose. Because of people like you only vizag loosing its charm, when in United Ap, we are in second place and major portion of industries established in Hyderabad, after separation of state also you want to be in second place. And supporting your thoughts by clean city.it is too bad and ashamed ,you don't have have right to stay in vizag.plz go to Village and stay it will be more clean and neat.Iam not saying develop only vizag and ignore other regions.govt should spend equal amount of money to all .Rayalasema, uttarandhra and coastal Andhra.Bro plz change your mind set. @@karthikmediahub1662Think wisely Vizag is not suitable for capital. Because of uneven landscapes and mountains. It's naturally a beautiful place with mountains, to develop that city we need to destroy mountains. It will be difficult to build a metro due to uneven landscapes while Amaravati has hard land and flat landscapes which is suitable for capital that too it is the coastal city of Krishna. Amaravati will be the perfect capital.
