It depends upon the confidence being created among the investors about how long the safe investment environment can be assured to the prospective investors since there is a fear psychology prevailed among investors but for the destructive practices experienced when the other govt comes in future. Rapid industrialisation should be done on war footing basis and such industries should be provided with basic infrastructure like roads, electricity and amenities for their survival and at the same time those industrialists should provide employment opportunities to local youth based on their skills. There should be a strict legal protection be ensured to the industrialists and the employees so that no subsequent governments should destroy the productive activities.
