Played at Amarilla 25 years ago , stayed in a friends apartment on the complex , the greens were absolutely fabulous but the fairways were horrendously bad , almost unplayable , looks much improved. I think the club suffered quite badly when Golf del Sur came along and stole The Tenerife Open from them from what I heard from ex pats.
