The people who should actually get the benefits of caste reservation are mostly unaware and live in remote areas and those who are well established and economically stable are just using the reservation to get amplified benefits in all aspects with minimum investment. But if anyone feels it unjust then he/she should stop preparing and start to enter politics as only being in politics one can change policy.

I've been working in Karnataka Bank for last 10months, my in hand salary is around 75k after all allowances & I've not availed the leased accomodation. This bank is under IBA upto scale 3, so all the provisions under IBA is applicable upto scale 3 in terms of pay as well as leave & other policies. If anyone is struggling for a long time in IBPS SBI exams, you can go for it, atleast you'll get a job with better salary than HDFC,ICICI.

He is misleading to the aspirants Because I am working for Karnataka Bank for last 11 years and it’s like a public sector bank associated with Indian bank association. Pay scale is same as public sector bank because bank comes under IBA. One more thing once u get job 99.99% they will confirm in the service. Hahahahha 😂😂it seems sir's loan application got rejected. My elder sister works in Karnataka bank. She is north indian. Colleagues are quite welcoming as she always talks about. Private bank that comes under IBA it means you will draw salary similar to PSU. Guys, dont fall in this trap of not applying as competion will become easier for others who apply. And Probabtion is in every job. In other banks 2-3 years. Here just one year. You will draw confirmed enployee salary from day 1 while on probation. Also, NO ONE EVER GOT FIRED ON PROBATION. Everyone was confirmed.

@@THEULTIMATEBATTLECLUB There are around 30-50 vacancies. And this should not bother you as you should aim to do your best so that your name should come in main list or wait list. Wait listed candidates are also confirmed and called for joining but late. Interview depends on your background revolving around basic questions, 3-4 banking questions and 3-4 general question about what is happening in world. They mainly check your confidence and personality as no candidate has much banking knowledge unless already a banker.

I m a GENERAL category candidate i was call'd for the interview after passing the exam for the post of Probationary officer, i know I cleared the interview by answering 9 out of 10 questions but still in the website they didn't post the marks i scored but posted saying that i did not cleared the interview so i request all the people to think before applying for this particular bank. It’s a complete trap video, been working in Ktk bank since 2022 posted and promoted well it’s way better than other blood sucking private, pay scale and everything is like govt dept. He has something fishy with our bank. Wherever you go you will have to work, no organisations is sitting out there giving you salary for doing nothing and it has the fastest way you giving you results in your hands, bhyi koi bhi student 10 din m padhai ni krta, we take months and years.
