Here's how the past many years have been for Amarrass. We're continuously thriving to present great music and musicians across the globe. A big thanks to all our listeners for being a part of this journey and supporting us through the years.
Based out of New Delhi/India and Madison/Wisconsin/US, Amarrass Records is a multifaceted independent record label, artist management company, event production and music promotions company. We are committed to the production of quality music in a sustainable way. Built on a shared vision, passion, and love for music, and guided by the principles of fair trade, Amarrass strives to create an environment that encourages and nourishes the creative spirit of musicians and music lovers. We also work with artisans to revive the traditional art of instrument making. With a major annual festival (The Amarrass Music Festival, since 2011), and eleven albums released, the label and artists we represent, have featured prominently in international and national media including The New York Times, NPR, Rolling Stone India, BBC Radio, Songlines Magazine, fROOTS, and more.
