Mai vegetarian hu lekin iss tarah ki biryani khaa kar entire biryani se nafrat ho gaya hai. Dhang se banana bhi nhi aata inn sadak chhap logo ko. Chawal ko boil kar ke thoda bahut masala aur chutney mila kar de deta hai. Isse better mai kadhi chawal ya daal chawal khaa lu. Original Biryani ghulam vansh ne develop kiya thha bharat me aane ke baad, phir mughalo ke khansaamo ne variants(style recipe) develop kiye alag alag states me. Bina maans ke biryani ban hi nhi sakti. Maans ka aroma aur juice chawal ke saath mix hokar hi biryani banegi, saath me kewra, gulab jal, itar, biryani masala, dahi, etc mil kar asli swad aata hai. Sahi kaha na maine janaab?

Non violence food toh samjha lekin taste bhi toh hona chahiye. Ye log bas chawal ubaal kar chutney ke saath serve kar dete hain. Soya nuggets me bhi koi flavour nhi hota. In west bengal we cook biriyani in a kuch different way . In our preparation masala ALOO can be used instead of meat to make it for the vegetarians and the taste of rice remains same as non veg biriyani

In Kolkata, Arslan is most famous biryani vendor. They use potatoes along with mutton biryani, thats the style nawabs developed in that area. Aaloo biryani cant have similar taste like mutton biryani because the juice of mutton is absorbed into the rice. If they are calling it veg biryani, then vegetarians must stay away from it.

Dude if you are vegetarian then "please no no no don't try the kolkata biriyani" They just remove the chicken and mutton from the biriyani and give you only the rice and potato, the juices and all are already there so it's basically nonveg biriyani without the meat

Mai veg hu lekin mujhe iss tarah ki biryani ghatiya lagi. Jo log nonveg hain, unko original biryani ke mazey lene chahiye. Aur shakahariyo ko chaap wali biryani khana chahiye jo same process se banta hai jaise mutton biryani. Soya nuggets bilkul tasteless lagta hai street wale biryani me. Paneer bhi nakli dete hain. Ek baar khaya toh dusri baar khane ki himmat nhi hui.

@Dev wahi fark hai jo 20 Rs wale burger mein aur KFC ke burger mein hai. 20 wale burger mein bas thanda sa aaloo patty, ek onion slice, ek tomato slice aur mitha sa tomato sauce daal kar de dete hain. Technically aadhe se jyada ingredients daal bhi dete hain phir bhi feeka feeka aur ajeeb sa lagta hai. Main non vegetarian hoon to mujhe veg or non veg biryani mein zameen aasman ka fark nazar aata hai. Main zubaan se exactly to nahi bata sakta but fark pata chalta hai.

Ye bilkul usi tarah hota hai jaise sharaab. Shuruaat me sharaab se log dur bhaagte hain lekin try karte karte taste palette develop ho jata hai aur phir anand milne lagta hai. Ab wahi sharaab peene wale vyakti ko fruit juice feeka lagne lagta hai. Wo maza nhi aata fruit juice me jo pehle aata thha. Baaki sab masale ka kamaal hota hai jo taste aur aroma enhance karta hai. Mujhe toh Iskcon ka prasad khane me jyada anand aata hai jabki mai normally pyaj lehsan aur masaledaar khana khata hu. Aadat aadat ki baat hai. Maine jab college ke canteen me bandara ka prasaad banaya thha toh sabko achha laga thha. Ishwar ko arpit kiya hua simple khana bhi amrit samaan ho jata hai.
