For anyone that goes out for a delicious meal in a fantastic restaurant must understand that the chef who cooked that meal has been told off multiple times like this video without answering back to learn and master their trade

If you watch the show, he starts off hard for a reaction (calibration) just to see who cares about what they're doing in the kitchen. Then, he starts turning on the management, because the kitchen personnel are usually doing what they're told. I don't recall this episode, but that's usually the formula.

Working in a BUSY restuarant can be the most toxic environment ever. If you can’t handle the worst of the worst (what Gordon is handing you) you can’t handle anything else. It’s like when you’d ask a friend/family member to be the Interviewer for an upcoming interview you have and they’re the most uncomfortable, annoying, rude and most douchebag-y you’ve ever seen them. So Gordon tries to frame what's been said to him and what's happening as something silly what the chef is doing but standing up for yourself and leaving an unnecessarily abusive situation is a good thing and so Gordon comes across as lacking in a sound mind because he's now trying to frame a good thing as a bad thing and he just sounds garbled.

Dude, post the whole part please, the turnaround minutes later is awsome and shows ramseys best side cause he did finish the job with this chef together I like this part cause it was the first time i have seen ramsey video were he actually teaches something instead of yelling at people
