This one, as usual, is crafted out of 100% chocolate. It took 12 days to complete and weighs about 185 lbs! @@UnassimilatedRG конечно я это понимаю. Просто я считаю это кощунством - тратить на это шоколад. Ведь это потом никто не ест, т.е. когда-то это попадëт в мусорку. Зачем же делать это из шоколада? Мне такое совсем не нравится :( Возможно сказывается воспитание, нас воспитывали на книгах и фильмах в том числе про блокаду Ленинграда (людям тогда выдавали по 125 гр хлеба в день и всë...). И наши родители рассказывали нам, как они в послевоенное время (1947г) собирали на полях замерзшие остатки ботвы от картофеля и делали из этого похлёбку... И, кстати, можно ведь наоборот - пытаться из дерева, металла и стекла делать что-то, что будет выглядеть, как настоящая еда :)

So I was blown away by the wood grain on the bar, then the then granite counter blew me away…next he did the stools and I thought “yeah, he’s always so thorough and impressive” So the texture on the stool seats were insane, but he wasn’t done!?! It just kept going and by the end I thought He’s literally the most amazing chocolate artist I have EVER seen!

This is prob one of the best ones yet. It was so sick to see him make that granite countertop for the bar, and how he turn the bottom into wood. The shaker even came apart in pieces like the real thing. Really detailed. I loved the stools and even the creativity on that wine bottle. You almost really want to sit down on it. The countertop though. That's my favorite part of the art

For some reason I kept thinking how much chocolate in $ was there. Cuz you know, someone gathered it, fermented it, shipped it, prepped it, and all of it went into an art piece unlike any other. My god... I've watched a lot of these videos and, as a chef who is a decently talented artist, when I watch most of them what I'm blown away by is his vision and creativity. There aren't a ton of things that he does that would be too difficult to replicate, what's impressive is the skill and precision with which he does them, his creative vision to be able to come up with the ideas in the first place, and the incredibly intricate designing that he puts into them. But I said _"Most_ of the time." That coil he made as part of the shaker strainer, though...that would've probably been the most difficult thing in the entire video for me, personally. It's difficult to explain how insanely hard that would be, to keep the bead the exact same size and spaced evenly all the way down the rod, without stopping or pausing, so it forms one solid piece. I'm honestly dumbfounded by it. For the record, I am *not* in _any way_ saying that the things that he does are easy. They aren't. None of them are. I just meant that, with practice, most artists could replicate them. That doesn't mean it's not incredible, and I wasn't trying to imply that. He is *ridiculously* talented, but it's his innovation and creative vision that are most impressive to me. That's all I meant. Another beautiful piece, Amaury. Well done. 🤎🍫🤘✌️

Your most impressive chocolate project yet imo! When i saw you making chocolate rocks i was confused and when i saw the chocolate countertop it became i was stunned. And then i was wondering how there was so much of the video left and you started making stools and the rest of it, brother this project is so cool. Not to mention that it's a dad joke.
