As a diabetic, i dont eat sugar either and starchy carbs turns into glucose anyhow. Once a year on Eid i have gulab jamun or rasmalai. Good video, ive lost 4kg myself so far. I think Sufiyan feels hungry bc muscles burns more calories, plus if ur hitting the gym, youll feel extra hungry. I was driving the other day for 4hrs to get my 5yo son a rabbit and started to get a madup headache, like my brain ate my fat reserve 😅

If you loved Koshary sis you will love their kheer, I got addicted to it while there. Egypt is such an amazing country to visit, I highly recommend. May to add more protein to the dish you could add in mince meat into the sauce 😋 Amaya looked so precious in Hijab تَبَارَكَ اللّهُ.

Sufyan is so down for this mince into the sauce idea! I feel like mince might be weird texture with the macaroni but I think I'll give it a try. & Omg Sufyan LOVES kheer. We'd love to go to Egypt one day iA. Which areas have you been to/ would recommend? & Ma shaa Allah one of my favourite memories ever seeing her try on hijab :') her first reaction was about 5mins before the filmed bit and she was just staring at herself and smiling in the mirror SO big, pointing and saying 'ayaya ayaya' (how she says Amaya 😂). It made my eyes well up seeing her like herself in it. So emosh. 😭♥️

I feel like it would resemble bolognese 😋 Egyptian kheer is like no other and my favourite before it was Pakistani kheer so I highly recommend! I went to Hurgada which is so cheap and lovely. All inclusive for a week less than £370 pp which should be cheaper from Manchester. Would highly highly recommend! Awee Ayaya I can't! تَبَارَكَ اللّهُ she makes me so happy! And I can tell it was a precious moment for her too. I love watching your videos especially in recent hard times it feels like I'm spending time with family so جزاك اللهُ خيراً‎. @@TheXs.Officialyeah sameee! So there is the red sauce, and then there is another vinegar mixture that you pour on top of the whole dish when it’s done, and it really pulls it all together! I use the following recipe: 1 cup water 1/2 cup white vinegar 1 tsp. ground coriander 1 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 tsp. salt 2 garlic cloves, minced Enjoy!🥰
