Hi there Laurent, i just saw you scrolling the watch and just below the function "stopwatch" i see "interval timer". i cant find this function on my brand new gts 4 mini....can you help? thxs .................update on my end, i found 2 apps downloadable from zepp which i did. 1st one Fitness timer and 2nd one is the one you have Interval timer. The Fitness timer can be set exclusively for number of work mins, rest mins, sets, etc. But the prompting is useless(a super quick 1 zzz vibration). Next, the Interval timer alerts a lot better, goes zzzzzzzzzzzzzz but work and rest time mins in sets of 5 secs which is still quite ok BUT cant set the number of sets. At least i cant find it. I have also test it. After just 1 set workout, it went dead. And it isnt record as part of your running regime at all. Then whats the point? Just like the music app on the watch, if i cant store music files and play them on my earbuds whilst running, then whats the point? And this makes the watch USELESS for me cos if i cant do intervals training which is part of marathon training preparation, this is huge disappointment. Another problem is they took out the bluetooth function which i had on the amazfit pace 4+yrs ago, i could run with up to 1000 mp3 file back then, super. Any help on the number of sets settings for Interval Timer?

I feel they need to make upgrades to the interval timer to allow you to customize it more. I don't think you can set the specific number of sets. You can see the sets increase on the watch as you are performing the exercise and once you clinic finish it does provide you with the total time, group (number of sets), work time and rest time. You would have to input it manually in order for it to count towards your workout in the Zepp App. If you are looking for some of those other features you may need to look into Amazfit's other options such as the GTR 4 which supports Bluetooth music playback so you can store songs and it also lets you make and receive phone calls.

I do not believe so on this model. From Google Gemini: "Compatibility for external heart rate monitors with Amazfit smartwatches depends on the model you have: Recent models (Amazfit GTR 4, Amazfit T-Rex 2): Yes, these watches can connect to external heart rate monitors via Bluetooth. There are even firmware updates specifically to add support for external heart rate monitors www.amazfit.com/blogs/blog/amazfit-t-rex-2-firmware-update-now-supports-heart-rate-belt-and-more. Older models (pre-2022): No, these watches cannot connect to external heart rate monitors. The Amazfit Stratos was the only exception, but it is no longer in production. Here are some additional things to keep in mind: Amazfit watches use Bluetooth to connect to external heart rate monitors, not ANT+**. If you are looking for a new Amazfit watch and plan to use an external heart rate monitor, make sure to get a model that supports it, such as the Amazfit GTR 4 or Amazfit T-Rex 2.

I haven't used it a lot in open water training type swimming but it has a water resistance rating of 5 ATM. So it can withstand being submerged in up to 50 meters of water. I have worn it more casually swimming in the pool and ocean as well as a bunch of times in a hot tub and it has not had any issues. You always just want to rinse it off in some freshwater after.

Can it read GPX file? Need to navigate my running

Unfortunately, it does not currently support reading GPX files directly. I have not tried these out myself, but after researching I found these options: 1. Use the built-in route planning: The Amazfit app allows you to create routes directly on the map within the app, which can then be synced to your watch for navigation. 2. Utilize third-party apps: While the watch itself doesn't support GPX, there are third-party apps like Komoot that can send routes to your watch for navigation.
