Even seasoned officers get startled and worked up when they run into shooters, since they only have to deal with such situations suddenly and sporadically, it's limited experience compared to a vet who could spend several days in contact with shooters. @@WAR799 A 6 moa Cmore dot works on my 3 gun rifle at 200 yards on human size targets and the LEO's I competed with had dots or low power scopes. It depends on how good your eyes are and how good you are at shooting. I also competed with 10 round mags and could run faster than guys with 30 round mags and scopes, but they couldn't miss fast enough. This guy made his SHOT count and was obviously prepared and knew his shit.

In the military we were taking shots at 300 to 500 m away. I personally got 35 out of forty at 300 meters with iron sights. The situation that this officers in, taking a shot at 150 yd when factoring in the adrenaline rush and the sudden gunfire. He had nerves of steel. Very impressive

Yep that was cool af!! My favorite "One Tap" will always be the one from the "Police Activity" vid, " Bodycam Shows Fatal Police Shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina ". I hope they pistol-whipped that hard-headed neighbor lady, that wouldn't stay back!! That's the most stressful vid I've seen after the fact ever!! Not just one of the best shots but the way he handled every action. -Pulls up like he's pulling into Sunday service with some light country playing -Sets his coffee on the dash not spilling a drop -Opens up his door being downrange of a suspect shooting towards him and calmly gets out -Walks around to the trunk(with them big ass balls) -Pops the trunk, chambers a round and lines up a shot -Suspect down -Commands the scene nice and clearly -(probably goes back and finishes his room temp coffee not giving a fuck)
