Hokkien Yellow Noodle soup is a famous dish of Cho Lon (Saigon, Vietnam) Chinese people.
A great combination of thick Hokkien yellow noodles and rice vermicelli, the broth is amazingly good with a lot of meat, rib, and pork hock.
Besides, it's served with a crispy and tasty, deep-fried shrimp cake. The vegetable eaten together is not boiled bok choy, but fresh watercress, with a slightly bitter taste.
