For the Oreo, there is a pause print command that you can add to your G-code in Cura. Use this to pause the print at the correct layer height and switch from black to white filament. This will allow you to make it a solid piece with two colors.

Make the joystick legs longer, it will allow you to turn and move forwards/backwards easier, also make it more sensitive to feel like a real joystick.

I'm not sure PLA is food grade material (ie the sugar grenade). PETG may be, but even then - you may need to replace your nozzle first.
