What a great find. Toy hunting in Japan was surprisingly more difficult than I had anticipated. I found a Mefex Venom in a hole in the wall shop. The shop had enough space for 2 adults because of how small it was.

This is lovely, Dave! I love watching these... And what a start - That Toybiz Sandman! That one is my display piece; Hasbro has never given me a reason to "upgrade" him - He's great! And I love that early Hasbro Hercules too - so cool. And then those two Hulks from the Hulk/Leader twin packs - Great stuff! Toybiz again! The Scarlet Spider was an AMAZING find... And at that price!!! These are great videos! Japan is awesome! :)

(7:10) that Owen Wilson TVA “Mobius” was a Target exclusive. He wasn’t available for very long either. I saw him maybe 3 times over 3 weeks and then never again. (I did pick him up the first time I found him tho)

I honestly would've been carrying a stack of figures out of that store that day. After seeing the Marvel Legends - The Amazing Spider-Man 2 figure, then that retro card Ant-Man, Ultron, Ultimate Iron Man, Emma Frost from the Puck BAF Wave, Bullseye... Probably thumb through the early Star Wars Black Series for a Princess Leia Organa in the slave outfit? Then just drool over the display cases and whatever else I might see there, like those old-school Beast Wars Transformers figures. 🤤👍

You got so lucky with that Scarlett Spider figure. That figure cost me $124 when I bought it which was around 3 months before the new Scarlett Spider figure reveal. At least it’s on a completely different card and has an actual Ben Riley head sculpt.
