Amazing and Special Caramel Rice Cake Popcorn Recipe

I made caramel popcorn with rice cake.
Rice cakes are delicious even if you just dip them in honey.
But not the way you eat every day,
A more special and fun snack
I thought it would be fun to make it, so I made it.
When you chew it, it is crunchy and has a caramel flavor.
The inside has the chewy texture of the rice cake, making it fun to chew.
If you want to reduce the sweetness, reduce the sugar,
Try increasing the amount of rice cake to cover it with just a little bit of sauce.
*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
✤ Ingredient
- 250g Rice cake
- 50g (5Tbsp) Sugar
- 10g (1Tbsp) Unsalted butter can be omitted
- 30ml Water
✤ TIP
- You can also make it in the oven. Bake at the highest temperature.

@deliciousday1 just tried today. Didn't puff as nicely as your thicker cuts. Also, could not make it as crispy for some reason. Any idea why? I used frozen sliced rice cakes, soaked in water, then baked, turning once. Most of them did puff a bit.

다 했더니 떡에 묻어있는게 그냥 설탕 덜 녹인게 묻어있고 먹으면 설탕이 씹히는데 이거 어떻게 안되나요 ㅠㅠ 그대로 햤는데

설탕이 안녹았을때 섞었나보네요. 설탕이 연갈색이 될때까지 끓이면 안녹을수가 없어요. 그리고 설탕이 물에 잘 녹도록 팬을 이리저리 기울여주세요.

Turkish is not an international language either. It’s not Chinese it’s Korean. If you cannot understand the video try turning on subtitles n changing it to Turkish or just observe and try to figure it out. And no it is not a MUST for her to write it in the Turkish language.
