Who want to make Hindi as a national language, I think they have no knowledge, like a radicalizer because Hindi don't means for all so Hindi is for Hindi but English can be for all so English is for all. 1. Our identity mean Indian identity (India is for Indian). If you look our Identity, it can be a barrier for the developments because you need to go in other parts of the world, for example there are four castes as Brahman, Kshatriya, Vaishya and Shudra. Shudra can get position in Kshatriya or others so everyone has self Identity but they are working all together. 2. Mother tongue:- At present, India has 28 states . There is different mother tongue in different states. If you choose any mother tongue for a national language, it will be discriminating to others. 3. Certification/GDP:- Certification can decrease our GDP for instance, when you would visit any tourist place, you have seen that there is a ticket counter(s) for collection revenues. One who can hesitate to visit for certification. 4.Hindi/English:- If you make Hindi as a national language, you can only communicate in India but if you make English as a national language, you can communicate all over the world.
