The log splitter on the side of the 4x4 is the silliest one I’ve ever seen

Those cone screw splitters are somewhat dangerous, once it grabs you it doesn’t let go. They were outlawed in the USA as a commercial product years ago because of this. I have one that runs off a three point on a tractor, and they are fast in the right sized wood.
