Well you have done it again. You have shown us that customizing your home is only limited to your imagination and funds, easily a 100 thousand dollars in just the outside additions and the crawl space Remediation that most Home Owner Insurances Policies are requiring 3-5 years after owning the home or contingent to a sale. I can really admire this Customer and the research that was done prior to Constuction and these items will increase the value of the home. Awesome tour

I was hoping that someone would have his and her own bathrooms. I don’t like sharing my personal bathroom with my husband. I would have it personally design for myself. Plus he cleans his bathroom and I clean mine. That being said Nice home.

Another beauty Shields, I love the composite decking color on the porches, kitchen is nice and full of convenient add ed features that enhance the functionality of the space. Love the window as well. The duel use/purpose ensuite with 2 separate toilets are a game changer. I appreciate the videos, happy holidays to you and yours!

Very nice, the kitchen backsplash is beautiful and noticed the reverse of the fridge and small counter with cabinet and microwave cubby. That's a very customized master besides the different access point, making more wall space in dining/entry wall.
