Seen one of these in person at a exotic animal sale. I never even knew this kind of bird existed I wanted to buy it but was only willing to pay $200 for it so when it went through the cell ring it sold for over $400. This was over two years ago I haven't seen one since and I'm obsessed with them and I wish I would have got that one.

In January of this year, I visited three hides near Kaeng Krachan: DabToon, Lung Sin and I don't remember the name of the third one, it starts with the letter N. But there was no such pheasant there, there was only Kalij Pheasant. Could you reveal the name of the hide where you shot this video? Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for watching... This was filmed at Dab Toon's hide and still showing now.. Generally, they only turn up around this time of the year approaching the breeding season.. also it is much drier now and many of the lesser-seen birds will come for water.. 'N' hide was probably Nuy's hide.. also excellent at the moment but no Peacock Pheasant there.
