阿姨的粉漿蛋餅可以試著只加少許的胡椒鹽 這樣更能品嚐出食材原有的美味 當然加醬吃也有另一番風味

Taiwan street breakfast is super greasy. Everything is fried in copius amounts of oil. It can be quite tasty with a good brunch, but if you don't have a strong stomach, after a couple of days of it, you could have some digestive discomfort 😅
