2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 large egg
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
bacon (optional)
cheese (optional)
for the buns, all I spread on them is mayonnaise. Mayonnaise doesn't burn as fast as butter and adds an amazing flavor. Butter is fine to use if you choose.. Its just personal preference. on a medium heat in a pan let them fry until they are nice and crisp.
In a mixing bowl combine and mix all ingredients until well combined. you can make your burger patties the size you choose to however keep in mind, if you make them larger they will need to fry longer and if you make them small they will fry for less time. I choose to make mine into 8. On Medium high preheated Frying pan, I cooked these 4 minutes a side. Once done I transferred them to a plate, added the bacon which was already cooked and toped with a slice of cheese. Cover it up to trap that heat in. That heat will help melt that delicious cheese.
