Cala d or is one of my favourite places in Spain. It’s got nice small quiet shallow beaches, good restaurants, a marina and the weather. What more do you need..

Years since I’ve been but the centre looks the same I went to a amazing food place it was called cheers ideal for kids they played kids videos so we could drink in peace

I like the quiet places too busy for me there! Cala de malorca more my style! Had a lovely hol at hotel more on outskirts of alcudia really nice and peaceful maybe its just me!

It’s obviously all very family friendly.. but any recommendations of particular bars etc that kids have/do really enjoy? Bit more child friendly?

You will see kids everywhere except the nightclubs. Even in the bars with live music. The most family friendly places will have bouncy castles etc. There are a few of these about. I think I may've passed a few on my live stream

Hi Alex, we are currently in Calas de Majorca and the sea is really rough so snorkeling is impossible, is it any different in cala n dOr, if it's better we will get a bus. Are there any other coved beaches you can recommend to visit that are good for snorkeling

Hi Craig the problem is we have a bit of a weather system blowing through. Not sure how long you are here for but the sea is never this choppy. It’ll calm down in a couple days

I’ve been to Cala d’or plenty of times and the entertainment this year just wasn’t it for me, plenty of bars and restaurants, just no entertainment!! Such a beautiful place tho❤️

A lot of the entertainment takes place in the hotels, but there are a few live singers in the bars in the centre!

Well the even didn't end well for some people having to wait for ages for a cab, especially for those unable to make the walk back to their accommodation. It's the same story every summer.
