I think the street vendor elsewhere has a more efficient method. They knife to slightly remove a protion of the skin of the coconut to produce a whole maybe 2 inches in diameter then pour the juice. The white flesh is extracted by breaking the coconut into 2 then scraping the flesh efficiently by a plastic felxible scraper.No need to clean and remove all the husk around the main coconut,

Bro instead of plastic cup, he could've just cut the top and poke a hole and then give a straw to drink directly from it. Then use the coconut's outer shell (cut a small piece it looks like spoon) itself to scrap the inner white coconut. Im Indian, and here they used to do like this. 🇮🇳❣️
