Amazing Cold Pressed Avocado Oil Recipe/Questions Answered/All Your Doubts Made Clear

Cold pressed avocado oil is a natural by-product that comes from the pressed pulp of the avocado that has not been in contact with any form of heat. Commonly used in the food world. High in fat like olive oil, but unlike that peppery oil it has a mild, smooth and buttery taste. You might not have it in your kitchen cupboard yet, but it could soon become a staple after watching this video.
Cold pressed avocado oil has a high smoke-point (the temperature in which oil begins to degrade under heat), making it an optimal choice for high-heat cooking, such as stir-frying and sautéing. It can withstand high temperatures without breaking down and losing its health benefits as many other oils do.
While it is a good choice for high-heat cooking, it is also delicious for drizzling and salad dressings.
