Excellent one, sir. I really like the colorful dimsums. Indian variants of dumplings are more tasty and colorful than authentic dumplings in other countries. I have tasted in Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Nothing matches Indian dumplings, esp darjeeling ones. Even the Indian Chinese items are most loved by my Chinese colleagues than their authentic Friedrice, Noodles etc.

It's correct , the spelling in english might be Sriracha but it's pronounced as (Sriracha) and thats what is written in kannada , because in kannada you dont have words which you spell lightly, you write what you pronounce or speak
