I love Halo and am super excited for Halo 2 coming this November. Anyways, this reminds me of a game I had on Modern Warfare 2. Had a bunch of kids with me and some people with no mics on the map 'Invasion'. I was doing well myself (4.07 overall KDR in that game) but before I knew it, we were getting trounced. I started yelling and screaming orders but I had a feeling that the same would always happen: the noobs wouldn't listen and keep dying but before I knew it, all the green arrows of my team on the map were around me as I told everyone to get back to the embassy. I asked if people had claymore and some responded and we set down claymore. I told people to post-up in key position of the embassy. Over the course of 5 minutes we closed the gap and in the end one by two kills. Feels good to be a 'commander' and actually see the results happening right infront of you.
