The Marinelli Bend, with the support in the mouth, is one of the most difficult of all contortion positions, basically you have to have the strength to support your bodyweight by your teeth!

That is definately a contortionist, performing both contortion and adagio acrobatics. A contortionist is someone who contorts themselves in to unusual positions using extra-ordinary flexibilty. I am a contortionist, I do it for a living. And I don't think contortionism is a word.
