I've always felt that there are two kinds of (good) drummers- Those who are loud and catchy and those who are technical and groovy. This kid is one of the very few drummers who have nailed the perfect balance between the two.

@samcampbell13517 жыл бұрын
Also agreed. However, I think Danny Carey and Jimmy Chamberlin do a good job of playing that all in one (technical skills+power) style as well. But considering he does not play professionally, i assume, his dynamics are very impressive!

This is how bieber thinks he sounds on drums.
@hannes17347 жыл бұрын
Exactly. And Bieber has played for 20 years+, i don't think this guy has even been playing half the time and he is so much better... Obviously, it's not difficult to become a better drummer than Bieber who has basically been playing the same drum solo all the time since he was 13.
@alexentwistle12377 жыл бұрын
Ich Und Nicht Du well this guy looks younger than Bieber
@hannes17347 жыл бұрын
ViiZiOn MustangZ Yes. That is why i suppose he has not even been playing half of the time that Bieber has played, yet he is so much better than Bieber.
@hannes17347 жыл бұрын
***** Yes. I guess that's why he's so bad. He has bad technique and he has played the same exact bonham triplets for 15 years+, also he has no dynamics. I would like him see playing some Jazz haha! Non-drummers may find Justin's playing impressive, but every drummer that has played for more than 3 years knows that Justin is really not a good drummer.

Drummers also use thier fingers to pivot the drum sticks up and down. They do this when thier wrist doesn't offer as much speed. Also: sticks bounce off of the cymbals and drums, making it easier to play at certain speeds.

In a 1 2 3 pattern at slow speeds with a metronome. Adding up to wjhat this guy throws at his kit is pretty damn difficult. People tend to try and downplay everything to the absolute best. Just because Usain Bolt runs 100m in less than 10 seconds doesn't mean it's easy to run it in 15. Just because you don't do Eric moore fills with buddy Rich snare work etc doesn't mean you aren't absolutely shredding. There's different things to do as well. You can't be the best in everything that doesn't mean you suck or that it's easy.
