Stayed at Zippel Bay in the summer before and did charter boat fishing, definitely worth doing, filled limits both days we fished and had a 30 inch walleye

walleye is my favorite as well. dry the fillet off real good, egg wash, roll in crushed up oyster stew crackers and fry in butter on mid 2 mins a side till its done... then put on a hard roll with lettuce and tartar sauce, or just as fish nuggets. yum!
