I’ve got lots of wild elderflower bushes round where I live, even a few in my back garden, up a semi-wild embankment. I always imagined elderflower cordial would be more complicated. I’m deffo going to try it and I like the idea of making the jelly very much. What fun recipes! 👍🏻
