Amazing Elevator in Japan!!! (OTIS Traction Lifts)

During my walk in Tokyo, I found a great elevator.
There is a great operator in each elevator.
The operator not only operates the elevator, but also responds to directions from customers at any time.
Perhaps they have all the information about the store and respond some questions from passengers very politely.

I always enjoy viewing videos of this department store's manually operated gated elevators. They are always in an immaculate condition and run very smoothly. This store, and its elevators, reminds me of how big downtown department stores appeared to me when I was growing up in the 1950s over here in the states. Sadly, all the big downtown stores in the city where I lived closed up by the 1980s, and only one kept their gated elevators down to the day it closed in 1983. I would only shop there when downtown simply for the reason that the elevators were kept in manual operation with attendants. They were fun to ride on!
