Not many folk go to flea markets anymore but watching this brings me joy. I always go on a Friday and see what I can pick up. Nearly always get a good good deal/bargain. Been going since I was 5 with my family. Now I haggle and most of the time make money from the things I buy. Absolutely love these videos.

I know this is coming a bit late but that zenith movement is worth more then you payed for all the watches. The brand itself has been around for a very lot time. Up untill about 20-30 years ago Zenith movements were in Rolex. Zenith watches that are made today sell for thousands.

Yes I did under sell the zenith movado, I could have made I believe double what I sold it for the only thing is that it’s a ladies and unfortunately the go for wayyy Less.

I enjoy watching you work the flea markets. You know how to hustle kid! The Movado/Zenith was a great find and appeared to be in nice shape. You should get at least $150 for it. Zenith provided movements for many companies including Cartier and they actually provided the movements for Rolex in the vintage Daytona model before Rolex began making it in house. Good luck with your future finds!

Zenith makes movado movement around 60's so that vintage Movado i guess is the best find that u ever make..for me keep and give it to your mom even has a Zenith movement and the watch is in really good shape..

You guys are impressive. Of course the watches are mostly crap. I couldn't make enough to bother selling/shipping. But you young guys can make money. I'm impressed with your watch knowledge and haggling skills.

Love the Idea. Its a good hustle, Some of these are too low profit and a waste of time imo. You should set a 20$ Minimum on Profits maybe even 30-40-50. Some of the Better watches in these lots demand 50$+. I would concentrate on those and just keep moving, lower value watches might have a good ROI. But the actual profit is just a waste of time.

Hello Theodore! I have noticed a bunch of ladies Watch movements on your eBay. Just to let you know. Some of those Watch movements such as Elgin brand you would be able to sell separately. As for the rest. I am able to sell them for £2.49 each over here (roughly $3) but that’s my personal advice! Great video!

Hi most of the movements are incomplete and I don’t want to deal with them complete or not as ladies for me are horrible sellers I got all of these in a giant lot I purchased,.

Theodore, I think you did good. You politely got his price down $30. Do you put batteries in the watches you sell? I find watches at estate sales but the batteries usually don't work.

@@cormacheyer4827depends, use a watch knife if it is a friction held component. But if it is not, and it’s a screw in (good sign of quality) then take is to a shop where they use a special tool with individual poles that go into each insert of the watch back. If you want to save money in the long run, I recommend buying that watch back removing instrument

the guy look like have some mental isntability. A seiko only worths if seeler are making the revisions, otherwise is crap. Or you buy it as crap and than repair, parts are not easy to find or cheap.THSTS EVERYTHING about vintages- thanks.

I sell watches online that I buy at flea markets, garage sales, estate sales, auctions, antique stores etc but with some of them I can’t get many if any views I noticed names are very important but it hard to get good watch with not so well known names any attention how do you do it?

Hi sorry for the late reply , Yes lighting will help but I believe that the way you take your photos could be hurting sales, The Armitron photo should be how you take all the photos of your watches , It shows the dial crown and is properly cropped so that the buyer sees the entire watch or just item in general when scrolling through listings, you can do this by cropping your image into a square so that you know what the buyer will se before clicking on your listing, Another thing is that the ladies Swiss watch does not show the watch at all in the first photo so it will most likely never sell or get very few views,. Another tip I have is to include more item specifics which you can fill out, learn your terms “different dial patterns, case designs , lugs, and the case size to give you more traction. Last thing I would recommend is to lower your prices on many of your listings. Even if you might lose money, As you have just started like me, it is more important to sell more things then to make more profit, I do believe that you are selling the armitron along with your other watches for wayyy to much, I think you should lower your watches by 50% to increase sales for the mean time, do your research and know what is a good purchase or not.
