People wonder how he manages to rap so fast, with such a fantastic vocabulary... ya gotta understand this: As Americans we had to learn how to say and spell Mississippi! While Ren had to learn a neighboring town named: Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch I mean... WTHeck Over!?!?!? Lol On his fan page channel theres a video speaking Welsh! He learned it as a Kid!!!

The guitar part you were wondering about was the first two bars of music to the theme tune of Dr No - James Bond of course

I noticed the two different riffs... one was clearly a James bond type, the higher pitched one... and I wasn't sure about the second one, was was more "gritty"... lol!
@joshuawiedenbeck6944 Жыл бұрын
I've heard that Welsh is one of the hardest languages to learn as a 2nd language because of the mouth placements required to say a lot of the words. It explains how Ren is so good at annunciation when he sings/raps fast. His mouth is used to doing difficult things.

We had French as a class throughout school, but it just never sunk in that well for me. Lol! But having family members being French, many kids were able to be in full French school, and only spoke English away from school. My eldest daughter was in French immersion as was my little brother... so half the day was French and it really helped. Maybe I'll try to learn another language in my older years and see if I can get it to stick lol!
@waynephillips6779 Жыл бұрын
@@MrsRealistic we had a choice of French, German or Spanish English and English literature were standard and welsh was part of the main curriculum, some places down here won’t even employ you of you don’t speak it

Welsh is a Celtic/ gealic language/dialect, all derived from thousands of years of variations and conquests. There are several gealic/celtic variations, 1 of which is called Celtic, another called gealic, A short google for anyone should clear this up ;) comment sections on social media are a terrible source of reference for fact😊❤ Awesome reaction as always :) as someone who's mother was catholic Irish father was protastant/welsh /British/ Irish and isn't a wankey, my thing is the best kinda guy.. these extreme ignorant distinctions over, minor differences makes me wonder how the fuck humanity will survive, why do people have time to chat shit they havnt a clue about❤ yay red wine anarchy

🤣 Thank you for your great comment! Good points! People are way too uptight these days! I get so many assholes commenting on my channel, many times over things that THEY chose to take offense to because of their own shitty choices or experiences, as if *I* was the one who did them wrong. It is what it is on here...par for the course! My dad grew up in Wolverhampton... can't speak a lick of Welsh. .

Fuckin black country people can't speak a lick of anything recognizable;) i lived in Birmingham for six months, and with a perfect british accent my taxi driver never took me to the correct destination;) your a great reactor and you seem legit genuine, so when I see overopionatted yet uninformed comments offended by nothing offensive thru ignorance I get clickky with the facts innit blud😄🤪

I think he learned Welsh in school when he was younger, I saw a video of him practicing his Welsh. He was heading home to Wales to donate his fundraising check to the divers/lifeboat crew that searched for Joes body.

I think I saw that one too... from his trip back to the UK a few months back.

@@MrsRealistic I can't remember if it was before he went to the UK to film MG3. It was the same time frame as "For Joe" came out, he gave his parents a check and the search team a check. Seems he played the song for Joes parents as well. I'm actually not sure anymore. Seemed it all happened around the same time. He has been getting treatment in Canada for a while, close to a year already. What a fortune that must cost. Well he has albums sales to help pay for it now. He has merch as well. Speaking of merch, I was wearing my "sick boi" t-shirt and spreading the Ren gospel to the waiting room at the dental office. 🤣
