​@@EatWithTinaChai Chinese Jamaicans always have a fun flavor or vibe coming from them, while coming up I've had a liking for Asian girls but the cultural gap was an issue most being from China that were around, my grand father is if chinese decent you should my mother and aunt ha ha, and you know how it is most if us like our girls meaty is one way to put it, Chinese Jamaican girls fit the bill.

This was really nice and informative makes me want to try it. Love the story of the owner and how they got started love that you included this. It is expensive though but I feel like 4 ppl could share that much food.

I just came across your videos and I've seen mixed reviews of Street Food Saturdays. I now want to see for myself. I initially thought the "cornbread" was pholourie LOL! Also, the "flatbread" looks like bake. I truly thought they had Trini foods there! 🤣! I will still try this! Thank you for sharing!

I have also heard mixed reviews. The menu does change so I guess it depends when you go. You also have to look at the overall experience rather than the food only. Lol it does look like pholourie and bake. She calls it fry bread 🤷🏻‍♀️. Either way, it was yummy! I do recommend giving them a try. If you do, let me know how it goes 😀. Have a good weekend! They are located in Mt James District in Golden Spring and they are only open on selected Saturdays and Sunday. Reservations and full payment before is required. When you make your reservation you pay the full amount at that time so you pay nothing once you arrive except tipping wait staff at end of meal?

Hi Havilah. Yes you make your full payment online within 24 hours after making the reservations which is the link you click in their bio on their Instagram page. You have to screen shot the payment and whatsapp them. You can tip the wait staff when you are there. I did notice there was a man selling fruits and a lady selling some flowers and plants so you can bring extra money if you would like to support them as well. If you decide to go, let me know how you like it and what you got? Enjoy!

Hi Tina. I hope all is well. I was wondering if you could do a series of videos specifically on Chinese Jamaicans. Show us where they dwell in the country do interviews etc. Educate folks that Jamaica has more than just black people. Before i found your channel i knew Chinese Jamaicans existed but you guys are difficult to spot. ​I know that plenty run stores and supermarkets too. I feel like awareness isn't 100% there.
