I'm a guy of 6'6 and 200 lbs and absolutely nothing ever moves me emotionally. But hearing this song really brought a tear to my eye thinking of my late dad. He loved this song so much and so we had it performed during his funeral. Amazing take of this song man. A drink to you ;)

Hi 458XX, the sheet music for this song was professionally transcribed from the performance that you see in this video. It was *slightly* simplified in some areas to make the song more practical to play for more players. However, it is still 90-95% accurate to what you see in the video. Due to the rhapsodic nature of the song, it would be very difficult to write (and play) this performance with 100% accuracy. I hope this helps!

Beautiful playing! Whenever you get the chance, try playing it this way: After the first progression of I-III-IV-I, instead of hitting the 1 chord again, jump to the minor VI, then the dominant II, then the V, and so on, and see if you like that sound. I happen to like it that way much better!
