They are called SPIDER PLANTS. Most people don't know you can plant them in the ground and get groundcover. They only know to put them in baskets to allow the babies to string down.

Dont feed them with floating pellet because they can swallow air. Allow them to eat at the bottom. Soak your pellet with watter so that it will sink.

That's an ornamental Pandanus tree, the real tree has fruits and they are yummy to chew. They low the water front so those onarmental trees of your will flourish there.
