I'm watching your reaction, again, and caught your comment about sitting in the living room and hearing David mention singing with the family and working on harmonies. That comment really hit me as my family, (parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, my brother, and i) gathered Sundays after church for dinner and singing. My aunt played her organ and it was a beautiful way we spent Sundays. My mom was a soprano, my dad was a tenor, my grandma was an alto but could sing tenor, my aunts both sang alto, my brother was a baritone, and i sang 2nd soprano as well as soprano. Yep, harmonies were heard! Sadly, except for my brother and myself, they have all passed away.

The first time I heard this, I cried because of the harmonies between Maggie Beth, Callie, and David. When i hear this beautiful music, it touches deep into my soul, and I get a peaceful feeling. Even though I play this song many times a week, I still find the tears forming in my eyes! Thank you, Josh, for your wonderful reaction, and have a blessed week!

Every time I hear and watch this I get goosebumps. The first time I saw this I was opening my mail I had just received the obituary on my niece. I cried for hours and replayed this through all my tears for hours. Beautiful and loved your reaction. I love harmony myself.

I love this song it’s so soft and soothing. You should listen to 5 little fingers if you haven’t it’s from one of the Christmas CDs and it’s the three of them again. Really sweet song as well. Callie and Maggie Beth sound like angels singing. Thanks Josh.

The next Barn Bash at his home is Labor Day weekend, Saturday Aug 31 and Sunday Sept 1. A 2-night event of the year! David at his very best. Hope to see you there. It is worth the effort.
