Mutters of 'awful shot' from the armchair critics when Conor was out - this always baffles me. He has gone out, played aggressively, and hit boundaries with similar shots. It's the matter of a couple of inches on the bat between that ball being skied and going for 6.

I have been thinking exactly that all season. Bit more than questionable, its not every delivery, just most of them. I have turned off the videos quite a few times saying " I am not watching that chucker". He should look at these videos and take appropriate action, I am sure he would be able to see himself just how blatant it is.

@@chillydip1 Completely agree. Chucks it down and then loves to run down and stare at the batsman, but seems to go for lots of runs and never take wickets. Would love to see him called - he deserves it.
