Amazing Homemade Mini Belt Grinder

The world's smallest Grinder. Homemade. Hello, friends! Today, I have an amazing project that I'm excited to share with you - a miniature but fully functional grinder. Creating this grinder took a lot of time and effort, but the result is well worth it. Despite its tiny size, this mini grinder is capable of surprising you. It's not just a souvenir - it's a real, powerful grinder, meticulously designed with attention to every detail.
To craft the components of the grinder, I used aviation-grade aluminum, providing it with reliability and strength. The latch is made of high-strength steel, ensuring a long service life. To ensure smooth movement and maximum efficiency, I installed bearings in the guiding rollers, just like in a full-sized grinder.
Every component was carefully thought out and embodied in this mini replica. I was thrilled after conducting the tests, and I'm sure you'll be amazed by the capabilities of this grinder.

This video was so entertaining I watched it twice . I love miniture stuff, and this miniture belt sander is off the charts . It is a awesome diy project for someone with modest fabrication skills build thank you so much for the tutorial I have more than half of supply needed. I will have to find a small electric motor and motor controller . Any suggestions on the duty rate of the motor. Keep up the videos I absolutely love this type of content. A new follower for sure.

А детали откуда? Винты? Подшипники? Я тут по всему городу за шайбами гайками езжу, причем по 2 раза, потому что первый раз обязательно подсунут то не ту толщину, то не ту длину...

винты из магазина вестимо. подшипники с барахолки. руки из плеч. а вообще лучше иметь запас расходников в мастерской. это удобно. А когда есть станок токарный удобнее в двойне. А ты шайбы для чего бегаешь по всем магазинам ищешь? Что изобретаешь? Поделись. интересно. Спасибо

What do you mean? It's clearly working just fine in the video. Are you thinking of the practical use of this not working out? If so, it's ok, as its not really meant to be practical. It's more of a novelty item, and work of art. There are so many people who are fans of miniatures, and are especially excited for miniatures that actually work as a full scale. Even when they don't work as good as full scale tools/machines. It's for fun, and the fact that this man's creations are pretty darn close to being as effective as full scale tools. Is a big bonus:)😊
