Plum marmalade is the thickened form of plum fruits by reducing their juice. Marmalade is usually mixed with ingredients such as tahini and is usually consumed by spreading it on desserts or breads. To make plum marmalade, the plums are washed, pitted and cut into small pieces. Then, these plums are boiled in a saucepan and the water is expected to be reduced. Then, sugar and tahini are added to reduce the consistency of the marmalade, and it is waited for a homogeneous consistency by mixing. This mixture is then filled into jars, left to cool, and then served.

Juice of half a lemon
