Good video. Thanks. How would compare this community to a similar Pulte comminity in Laveen? Laveen seems to be a shorter commute than Litchfield Park if you work on the East side like we do? Is there a Potenza model available which seems to be Pulte's entry level SFH price in some other more western PHX communities?

Do they offer any incentives for closing cost ?
