This is simply an AC plant , like in spinning mills. Un a small case u can comoare it with an AHU system. Should know the value of RH, Temperature and Air exchange rate to control CO2 level. Excellent idea we got frim this demonstrates.

Great video Shay! After removing so much water from the air, how do you manage dehydration of the bulbs? What skin/scale characteristics do you think contribute most for the onions to retain their moisture? Thanks, Nathan from New Zealand.

We don’t fine dehydration to be a problem most of the time. RH averages around 75%.

The technology is mind blowing. I mean...who thought of doing it this way and then to build it? Man's ability is amazing. Think it and its done.
