Sirji hydraulic oil pressure neutral hota hai tab pressure relief valve nahi open hota hai na kyonki unloading valve open hota hai tab jake hydraulic neutral position pe ata hai OR pressure relief valve me pressure ko set kiya jata hai jab preesure matlan for eg. 150 bar pressure hamne set kiya or ye pressure 150 bar ke jayega tab relief valve khulega Or oil pressure ko return tank me bhej dega or usi samay engine bhi over load hota hai jab hum koi bhi lever nahi chalata hai sirf engine hi start rehta hai usi samay unloading valve open hota hai or hydraulic pump se ane wala oil pressure bina engine over load hote hi pressure ko tank bhej deta hai

Written with my knowledge {no cheating done} If we use water in a hydraulic machine then in winters it will freeze and maybe in summer it will get vaporized but oil neither gets frozen {lower freezing point than water} nor vaporizes and its advantages are that it is frictionless which will increase the efficiency of the machine and will not react with metals {water oxidises the metal} . That's why oil is used instead of water in hydraulic machines. Hope the answer is correct....🤞☺️😅

we use differnt oil because it has different viscosity and ability to in different temperature and if we will use water at the palace of oil it will turn into papers at high temperature and will get turn into ice at lower temperature
