I saw madam tasting chilli corn almost nonstop from the time she started. My mouth was watering seeing it. That is one of my favorite dish whether in veg or non veg form. Overall, all the dishes looked amazing.

If you think eating Indian food sitting at the table is tough, try sitting cross-legged on the floor and eating very liquid food off a banana leaf! Just keeping that liquid from running off the leaf is a feat!!! When you try any dish for the first time (like baby corn), do not have preconceived notions. You will generally be surprised. In Indian food there i no "wings". As Joy said, its fusion. You guys are having more good food in a few months than we people have in years!

Butter chicken has roasted tomato and onion paste, as well as cashew paste that makes it rich and sweet..salted yellow butter and white cream is added for the final flavour enhancement with coriander or cilantro leaves and masalas like garam masala( kind of like allspice, spice mixture ), cumin, salt, red chillies paste . The chicken is roasted in advance with ghee and is moist with all that richness of the gravy !!

Saw your Indian snacks video, i just love thumbs up. I'm preety sure they add something addictive in them And I'm from Assam... We are in the northeastern part of India. You should try assamese food. I'm sure you will love the mutton dishes we have which are really light and yet delicious. Also we have the dreaded Bhoot Jolokia(ghost chilly). Definitely try it

How come I don't want to miss any of your episodes ? You two are simply superb. Try having Butter chicken/Chilly chicken with plain Basmati (steamed) Rice. Am sure you will like. For dessert, try Rose Falooda or Gajjar ka Halwa (carrot halwa) with ice creme. You will love it. I don't know if you can get Coorgi food in USA. Coorgi food is famous for their pork curry (Coorg is a hilly district of Karnataka state in India).

Every time I see a chicken wing I remember how back in the '80s, before Buffalo did what they did, you could buy chicken wings for 11 cents (American) per pound. The stores packaged them in those same plastic bags that they sell chicken leg quarters in these days.

You two are good people. I am vegetarian, but I don't mind watching these videos. Americans in general have opened up to India, Indian people and all good things Indian, be it food, or the fresh new film content (not essentially the song and dance type, bit tight, well-written scripts) on OTT platforms, tourism, vaccines, bulk drugs, software, etc. That's much unlike the ever-haughty Brits. US Indians too have contribute to the American society, as the per capita most literate group, engineers, doctors, management guys, and as a very big employment generator in the form of IT startups, motels, etc. May the India-USA story become stronger and stronger.

Generally the side dishes are made keeping in mind that it would be eaten with rice or bread(Chapati, naan, paratha, roti etc.) and that way the overall spice level gets adjusted. Hence, the spice in side dishes! Eating it separately will make you feel it is spicy. Same logic as sauces used in a burger... You wouldn't want to taste just the sauces right? Indian dishes give you the freedom to adjust taste by choosing the size of your portion of naan or rice. Great videos as always! Keep it going!👍

Man! I was just thinking yesterday and asked why is Indian seafood not popular as chicken dishes in other countries? They are so good and we have so many varieties. My mom said mostly in other countries they don't have fresh fish mostly frozen ones. Try more seafood
