Amazing interior sailing boat 2024 SUNBEAM 29.1

I like the 29.1 but would’ve preferred seeing it with a head and a little privacy. Is the keel was attached (hard to see)? Is it a shallow draft keel? Seeing the enclosed box in cabin floor, could the keel be lifting or swing?
