21:20 Yes and no. As seen in the close range zipline drones, the part that extends down has it's own propellers to stabilize it. You can further create resistance to spinning by adding more points of contact, such as 2 rope connectors instead of 1. Think of something like a puppet, as long as you connect the additional rope away from where the other rope is connected, you have pretty good control of rotation. The top drone itself will also be more stable by not relying it's lift on one propeller.

I feel like it's unfair to highlight all the successes of Rwanda without touching on how bad the country really is. The country isn't just this homogenous community that gets along. When the RPF (led by the current president) marched into Rwanda after the Genocide they practically committed genocide themselves. Part of the reason why people are so community driven is due to the iron fist of the government. Rwanda is one of the least free and safe countries in the world - it's just that the state is the one that causes the violence. They brutally suppress free speech, kidnap and assassinate people both domestically and overseas, utilise spyware to spy on journalists and human rights abusers, and even threaten people with their security forces as far away as Australia. While Zipline is amazing and there is a lot of beauty in Rwanda, having such a large platform and not at the very least toning down your endorsement for the country is just disingenuous. I really respect everything Mark and his team do, but this video is the equivalent of showcasing a company from Saudi Arabia, China, or Syria and giving the country an endorsement while you're at it.

@Thawne It's autonomous so no need to steer the craft, you can call the pod, drops to your location, hop in, belts buckled, lift up to the main drone, and take off. Great for short distance travel and to beat traffic. It's better than taking your car to the location, finding a parking spot and walk to the location (should the parking spaces be filled up to the brim). It can be very helpful for people that have disabilities. Maybe have an assistant in the pod to help them. It won't replace cars at all, but this can be another way of transportation, much like how airships were another way to travel back in the early 1900s.

This is great, because people won't specifically have to live in a city or town. But more likely it'll be something for richer suburb type areas, and because suburbs are sprawling so much you'll see them less. you could also make it so they fly in paths to make people see them less, or paint them in a way that makes them less visible, maybe with leds on the bottom to blend in with the sky, kinda like the tactic that deep sea fish use to not get detected by fish that live below them.
