what I like about Japanese bakeries is that you get to choose the items on display. It's the fact that you get to pick the one on display and not a staff member picking it behind a display case. You might be saying what's the difference it will taste the same no matter who picks it (me or staff) but for me It would be my choice to pick which item I see.
